Roseville High School’s café has opened. The Culinary students have been working hard to make food for the students and staff. If you like wings, burgers, fries, onion rings, and/or smoothies plus more like that you should consider ordering something from the café. If you are interested in ordering anything, email Shawn Thompson, our Culinary teacher.
“I ordered some fries, onion rings, egg rolls, fried rice, and a smoothie. My favorite thing by far was the smoothie. I really enjoyed the smoothie. Overall, I would rate it a ten out of ten” Physical Education teacher Jeremy Lewis said.
The café is hosting a Veterans Day brunch on Nov. 1 for the community. On Nov. 29 the culinary class will be competing in a dessert challenge in Sterling Heights. The café will be selling holiday pies this November and December there will be apple, cherry, pumpkin, and sweet potato – make sure you get them while you can. Also look out for bagel sales after school.
“I’ve been coaching for about 25 years, both high school and travel sports. I enjoy cooking and I want to give cooking back to the kids,” Thompson said.
