The girls’ soccer team are gearing up for their upcoming season. With their first game
being next week Monday, they take on South Lake in an away game. With Joshua Rolder
leading the team as the head coach, they’ve been putting in work and practicing together since the
beginning of March. “Personally, I’m excited to see what this season upholds and to play with my
new teammates,” Sophomore Amaya Johnson said.
“I’m most excited for the games this season and to compete with my friends and teammates,”
junior Emma Reini said. She has been playing soccer for 3 years in total on varsity and
she makes a huge impact each year, taking on the leadership roles. She works on meeting new
people, practicing new skills, and achieving goals. The whole team are working on ways to get better for this new season, and we are prepared to thrive.
