It’s spirit week at Roseville High School, and this year’s theme is the Battle of the Classes! Each day, students will be showing off their school spirit by dressing up in creative and fun costumes that represent their grade level. “It was really fun dressing as a senior citizen and pretending to be old,” senior Ronald Reeves said.
On April 23, the spirit weekday was the Battle of the Ages, where students went all out to embody different stages of life. “I can’t wait to be old and I’m excited to age if I look this good,” senior Jack Garlinghouse said.
Freshmen dressed up as babies, complete with onesies, pacifiers, and baby bottles. Sophomores channeled their inner toddlers, stomping their feet and throwing (fake) tantrums in their miniature versions of adult clothes. Juniors embraced their inner adults, donning business suits, ties, and briefcases, looking like they were ready to take on the corporate world. And seniors, the wise and experienced ones, dressed up as senior citizens, complete with gray wigs, walking canes, and reading glasses.
All different ages were represent and it was fun day for all ages. Stay tuned for more updates from this week!
