Spirit week is always a highlight at Roseville High School, and this year’s Cartoon Day was no exception! On Monday April 22, students and staff had been planning their outfits for days, and the excitement was palpable as they arrived at school on Monday morning. “I chose Blue’s Clues because he was a big staple of my childhood and I wanted to honor the show,” senior Dalyace Griggs said.
As students poured into the hallways, it was like walking into a cartoon come to life! There were people wearing all types of apparel with all types of characters. From wearing SpongeBob beanies to Rugrats hoodies, to Disney Princesses pants. With even our Senior Class President, Dionysia Washington, dressing up as Riley from The Boondocks. “My favorite part about today is having people guess who I am,” Washington said.
Characters from all different decades were shown off and worn proudly, the creativity on display was nothing short of impressive. Stay tuned for more updates from this unforgettable week!
