Since the year is coming to an end, it’s time to reflect on spring sports. Soccer, softball, track and baseball players have all shown dedication and good sportsmanship across every field and track they’ve been on this season. Big wins and tough losses make the teams who they are. It has been quite the season for all of them, and it was full of memories they won’t forget.
Let’s take a moment to recognize all our amazing seniors whose leadership has helped shape the team this year. Whether or not they were captains, they impacted us all. Saying goodbye was definitely not easy this year, but it just makes the next hello so much sweeter. Everyone is all so proud of them and what they’ve left behind and are so excited to see what their future holds.
Lastly, congratulations to all the athletes who stood out this season! Junior Chantelle Ball has been recognized for her versatility on and off the field. “Chantelle Ball is one of my most improved players because she is hardworking and excels anywhere, I put her on the field,” varsity soccer head coach Joshua Rolder said. Congrats to the people who stepped out of their comfort zones to try something new this season. It may not always be easy, but it’s exciting to get to play sports that we all love with others. Here is to a great season, Panthers!
