As the 2025–2026 school year comes to a close, the choir program will take center stage one final time for an evening celebrating music, dedication, and the accomplishments of its graduating seniors. On Tuesday, May 19, 2026, students, families, friends, and community members are invited to gather at the Roseville Middle School Auditorium for the choir’s final performance of the year.
The concert will serve as both a celebration and a farewell for the senior choir members who have devoted countless hours over the years to rehearsals, performances, competitions, and school events. Many of these students have been a part of the choir program since middle school, growing not only as singers but also as leaders and role models within the group. Their final performance together is expected to be an emotional and memorable moment for both the performers and audience members alike.
Under the direction of Aubrey Meade, the evening’s program will feature a wide selection of choral music that students have worked on throughout the spring semester. Audience members can expect a blend of powerful harmonies, uplifting arrangements, and technically challenging pieces that showcase the choir’s growth and talent over the course of the school year.
In addition to spring selections, the concert will revisit several standout performances previously presented during District and State festival competitions. These festival pieces represent some of the choir’s strongest work of the year and reflect the dedication and preparation students invested in refining their musical abilities.
Beyond the music itself, the event will also highlight the sense of community and connection that choir programs create within schools. For graduating seniors, the performance marks the end of an important chapter filled with friendships, memorable performances, and shared experiences on and off the stage.
The concert is open to all families, friends, students, and community supporters, and admission is completely free. Organizers encourage attendees to arrive early to find seating and enjoy an evening dedicated to celebrating the hard work and accomplishments of the choir program.
The final performance promises to be a meaningful sendoff to an outstanding year of music and a heartfelt tribute to the seniors whose voices and commitment helped shape the choir throughout their school careers.
“This year of choir, has become something that I will always remember. I will carry the memories and lessons I have learned through the rest of my career in music,” Diamond Harps said.
