Marching Band Spring Tour 2026 went off with a bang. We preformed our field show “Welcome to The Wasteland.” This was my last time preforming with the marching band as a 26 senior. It was very bittersweet, between enjoying the time I had with the band and having fun touring the elementary schools, while being sad it is all over. Reminiscing with my fellow seniors and looking back at our first year definitely brought up some feelings.
Bringing it back to our band camp where everyone worked so hard, to senior night where we all got so close with each other. It really shows how much we all grew up together whether we were friends or not, we all accompanied each other through it all. To our last football game where we all bawled our eyes out when they played “Rib,” by Lorde. It really came to an end on April 21, when us seniors played our field show songs for the last time at Kment elementary school.
This year has been one of the best for us, we put in so much work, and it paid off making us a D1 marching band. I hope the incoming seniors make the best of their year and really enjoy every moment. It goes by fast, and with that C2 is signing out.
