The varsity basketball team secured an exciting victory during a home game against Port Huron North, showing strong teamwork from start to finish. From the first quarter, the team set the tone with aggressive defense and outstanding offense. The crowd remained hype as the players kept doing amazing plays from crazy dunks to shocking crossovers. In the second half, Port Huron North tried to come back already being down 10+ points, but our players responded by coming back ten times harder and ending the game with an amazing score of 88-66. Our varsity squad felt extremely proud of themselves after this intense game and will continue to put in the effort to be a good team. “The team really worked together to pull off this win,” Timothy Dawson said.
