Stacked until it falls, on Jan. 13,the French club created the Eiffel tower using only marshmallows and spaghetti noodles.

The members of the club were divided into two teams. Each team received one box of noodles and one bag of mini marshmallows. Both teams used different strategies. While one team formed cubes and broke the noodles into different sizes the other team went for a more pyramid look.  All members of the team carefully and creatively constructed a replica of the Eiffel Tower.  Many members would describe the experience as both challenging and fun.

“The most difficult part was getting it to balance and the different lengths of the noodles,” sophomore Tiffany Marineau said.

On the other team Thomas Reinke stated that the most difficult part was building a strong and sturdy structure. However, in the end, both teams found it fun and rewarding.

“The most rewarding part was connecting with my fellow French club people,” Marineau said.
