The house that the Building Trades class started two years ago is finally complete, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a garage, and basement and it is 1472 sq. ft. The house is located at 16220 Guest Court. The price of the house is listed at $139.900.

“It was quite an experience working with the kids, I enjoyed their enthusiasm and hard work especially the ones who started it from the beginning,” Building Trades teacher David Diebold said.
