With this year coming to an end, students are preparing for the next semester. Turning in assignments and studying for those tests they may have forgotten about over break. After the two weeks of break, we have finally entered the new year, have you set your goals for the new year yet? RHS students and staff were asked about what they plan to do for the new year or what they were willing to improve on.
“I want to try and use my phone and iPad less,” Aubrie Hamby said.
I think a lot of us are going to be adding that to our new year’s resolutions.
Another one of a lot of people’s new year’s resolution this year is to better themselves and demonstrate growth. “I want to try to go to the gym more and eat healthier,” Rebekah Weiss said.
We even asked some of our coaches what their new resolutions are for the new year. “Not to be a crash out when I’m angry to prove Coach Snowden Wrong,” Coach Baker said. That resolution goes along with Coach Snowden’s resolution which was, “To spend more time with Coach Baker,” Coach Snowden said.
All of these are great resolutions and goals going into the New Year. What are your new year’s resolutions?
