On March. 7, some boys on both the jv and varsity soccer team played their last game of the indoor session. The game ended with the final score of 6-1. With this win in their pockets, the boys have a final record of  3-5.

The team played well by having good passes and their shots were on target.

“I feel like we passed more and our shots were better; we played more as a team and actually cared about each other besides ourselves,” junior Gordon Luo said.

They have decided to play indoor soccer to stay in shape and improve for next year’s soccer season. Juniors Ryan and Matthew Haley’s dad, Rich Haley, and senior James Barbrets dad, Fred Barbret, are volunteer coaches for the team.

The boys do plan on playing a third session which will be starting up this week at Total Soccer Fraser.
