families in need. Each and every year there is an annual tradition that RHS hosts called Adopt-A-Family. Adopt-A-Family is an event where a group or teacher adopts a family to help provide for them at this time of year. These groups provide goods such as toys, clothing, gift cards to places like Target or Meijer so they can get their basic necessities, or anything else that a child may want for Christmas. The groups participating this year include:  National Honor Society, French Club, RHS Cares, Students Against Destructive Decisions (S.A.D.D.), Spanish Club, Student Assembly, Yearbook, the Panther Den, the Marching Band, and as well as Roseville Kiwanis.

“It is really great to help people out. I really love giving back to the community in any possible way I can,” Justin Atkinson said.

RHS really gives back to the surrounding community at this time of year. With each of these groups participating and adopting a family, this helps a lot of families have the opportunity to have a wonderful and enjoyable Christmas.
