Every other Wednesday after school in room A155, something magical happens… Art Club! Art club focuses on anything and everything creative. Art club is the place to paint, draw, sculpt or finish incomplete artwork from the school day.

Starting on Nov. 20, art club will be held in Rebekah Weiss’s room, A155, from after school till 4:30. After Nov. 20, art club will be held every Thursday in the same location. Art club is funded by Rebekah Weiss who is also the club’s president. Art club is always accepting donations; speak to Mrs. Weiss in room A155 to donate.

Attendance in art club is fully optional, and no prior skills are needed to join. If you have no prior skills, art club is a great place to learn! Interested in an activity that isn’t listed? Feel free to speak to Mrs. Weiss about adding new projects.

“Without art, Earth would be just… Eh,” Weiss said.

“Art club is a great place to make art and talk with your friends,” senior Alissa Grimes said.
