On Wednesday, Nov. 5, the culinary class hosted a special brunch for their parents in the school’s culinary dining room. The students worked together to prepare different dishes like chicken and waffles, omelets, sausage, bacon, etc. This gave the students the opportunity to show off all the skills they learned from taking the class.
“I think the brunch went well I was kind of surprised how fast we were able to put this together with no days to prep,” senior Demetrious Collins said.
