As Halloween approaches, the debate rages about whether the oldies remain the best or whether their newer counterparts have surpassed them. Many students here at RHS voiced their opinions about their favorite horror movies. It seems that support is split down the middle. The most important thing this horror movie season is finding the best one that sends chills down your spine and makes your heart race....

Hoco 2015 makes memories for all

To kick off RHS’s homecoming day teachers, parents, and students enjoyed a delicious breakfast of pancakes and sausages at 7 a.m. while chatting about the exciting day to come. Despite the rainy showers, the citizens of Roseville came out to watch the many clubs, sports, bands, and schools marched in the parade along with the well done class floats. For every incoming freshman that has walked through the doors of Roseville High School, unending possibilities for not only themselves, but their new school are conveyed. This year’s freshmen, along with bringing new faces, will encounter new learning opportunities. Due to annual updates in technology and curricular adoptions, RHS was able to pay for Samsung Chromebooks that in approximately two weeks will be located inside all ninth grade English classes. After the midterm election on Tuesday, Republicans are overjoyed as they are now in control. In Michigan, Democratic nominee, Gary Peters, won the senate election with a 55% majority vote, opposing the new senate majority, early last night, when Terri Lynn Land conceded. In multiple speeches last night, President Barack Obama, Vice President Joe Biden, First Lady Michelle Obama, and former U.S. President Bill Clinton were out last night encouraging U.S. citizens to get out and vote, but above all, vote for their fellow democrats. Unfortunately, their efforts fell short....
