On the morning of Thursday, Sept. 25, Roseville High School had its very first annual senior event of the year, the Senior Sunrise. This special bittersweet moment consisted of a balloon release, senior class bonding, picture taking, and a class speech. “Not many people are able to be here today, but we made it, “senior class president Alissa Grimes said.
The morning was filled with laughter and fun as many seniors’ hearts filled with excitement and disbelief. However, this was an emotional event for the class of 2026 due to the realization of this being their final year of high school.
“It’s nice to see the whole senior class together for the first time,” senior Vanessa Moreno said.
The day was followed up by senior night for the football players and band members, taking place at the home football game versus Grosse Pointe South.
