Students of REST and mechatronics went to the biggest automative conference held in Michigan. REST students were taking part in a robotic contest while mechatronic students were able to walk around and learn about automative and software. Senior Luis Gomez won the Professional’s Pick award – voted on by attendees at the conference
Also participating in the robotic contest was Franklin Zini, Alexis Wolgast . This conference help students learn and under how big the robotic industry is from software design to Ai and mechanical engineering. From scientist to engineers and scholars, mechatronics students got to talk to colleges in the robotic field and talk to big companies like Microsoft and Sony. Even many of the companies that make video game Ai software like Form Labs or Epic Games.
