Dangerous: The Double Album review

January 14, 2021
Last Friday, country singer Morgan Wallen dropped his double album “Dangerous,” with thirty tracks. It has been over two years since he dropped an album, which is why the double album made the most sense so fans could have more songs to stream. Back in 2018, Wallen dropped his first debut album “If I Know Me” featuring songs like “Up Down” and “Chasin’ You,” which led fans to be easily charmed by the young singer. Wallen first gained some fame back in 2014, when he went on The Voice joining Adam Levine’s team, but during the finals he was eliminated; this clearly did not stop his music career. Fans fell in love with Wallen’s handsome looks but went crazy over the sound of his sweet, southern voice. Over the course of last year, Wallen received multiple awards for best country artist of the year from Iheartradio and country music awards. Among the 30 songs on his newest album, it includes slow sentimental songs like “Sand in my Boots” and “7 Summers,” to more happy fun songs like “Blame it on Me” and “Need a Boat.” Right now, Wallen is taking over the top 100 charts with over ten songs on it and featuring Wasted on You” coming in at number three. This album also features country artist Chris Stapleton on “Only Thing That’s Gone” and Ben Burgess on “Outlaw.”
